It doesn’t get any better than wintertime in Whistler, BC. Snow like diamond dust, heated outdoor pools, and a festive vibe that keeps you buzzing for days. Phoebe and Aaron are two dog-loving and adventurous gym junkies who decided to trade Melbourne’s summer for Whistler’s winter, Canada being a destination high on their bucket list. They did this not just to experience the country for the first time in their lives but to declare their all for each other during their Whistler elopement at Nita Lake Lodge.
Phoebe and Aaron wanted a wedding film to show their family and friends who obviously wouldn’t be present for the wedding and the start of their adventure together. But they didn’t want a film that would cause their family to feel sorry they couldn’t be present or have them melt away in a flood of tears.
Shredding that delicious, fresh Whistler powder. Feeling right at home as Australians in Whistler. Keeping your frozen fingers warm with a spiked coffee in one hand and champagne in the other. Rounding out your Whistler elopement in a heated pool. A wedding film that plays more like a vacation/travel home video, made by friends who are really good with cameras. You, just as you are: goofy and lovely and fun-loving and free.
